Zirrak Slowblade - Emberclaw Warren

Zirrak Slowblade is the blade in the line that watches everything twice before committing once. Armoured in matched Emberclaw plate and gripping a two-hander he has carried longer than most of his cohort have been alive, Zirrak fights with the careful, measuring patience of a Skarn who has seen what happens to knights who swing first and think after. He waits. He reads the angle. He sets his guard, draws the blow toward him, and answers it on the half-step. The other Emberclaw call him cautious, when they are being kind, and call him slow, when they are not. Both groups consistently fail to notice that Zirrak is the one most often still standing at the end.
