We pack and ship every order with care so your miniatures arrive ready for assembly, clean-up, priming, and painting. Here you’ll find details about order processing, shipping times, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

  • Once your order is placed, it enters our processing queue where items are prepared, packed, and readied for shipment.

    Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Processing times may vary slightly during busy periods or when new releases launch.

    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and shipping details.

  • We ship orders using reliable carriers to ensure your miniatures arrive safely.

    Domestic Shipping

    Orders shipped within the continental United States typically arrive within 3-7 business days depending on your location and selected shipping method.

    International Shipping

    International shipping is available to many regions. Delivery times vary depending on destination and local postal services.

    Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

    You will be able to review the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.


    Orders over $50 will qualify for free domestic shipping.

  • We take care to ensure your miniatures arrive in excellent condition.

    Orders are packed using protective materials and sturdy packaging designed to prevent damage during transit. Individual components may be separated or cushioned to protect delicate parts.

    Our goal is for your miniatures to arrive safely and ready for clean up, assembly and painting.

  • If an item arrives damaged or parts are missing, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.

    When contacting us, please include:

    • your order number

    • a brief description of the issue

    • photos of the damaged item or missing components

    We will work with you to replace damaged or missing parts as quickly as possible.

    Minor Variations

    Due to the nature of miniature production, small mold lines or minor surface variations may be present. These are typical of tabletop miniatures and can usually be removed easily during normal hobby preparation before priming and/or painting.

    Delicate Components

    Some miniatures may include thin components such as weapons or banners. In rare cases these parts may bend slightly during shipping, but they can typically be adjusted carefully by hand without damage.

  • If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Orders may be modified or cancelled before they ship, but once an order has been dispatched we may not be able to make changes.
