Krixis the Gilded, War-Chief - Emberclaw Warren

Krixis the Gilded is what success looks like when a Skarn war-chief decides he has nothing left to prove and everything left to display. Rounded by good eating and good fortune, Krixis goes to war wearing little more than a slung drape of mail across his shoulders and a single battered breastplate over his heart, with an amulet of warren-make hanging from the steel. The blade he carries is too large for a Skarn his size, a great two-handed sword pulled from a fallen Aetherkin captain, and Krixis swings it one-handed because he has decided that he can. Ten warrens of bone in the walls owe their continuance to his planning. Three rival war-leaders learned, briefly, that the Gilded does not need to look the part to play it.
