Kolton the Ossified Ledger - The Gravebound Reliquary Bowmen
Kolton the Ossified Ledger keeps the Reliquary's accounts in the only currency the grave acknowledges. He was a cantor in life, a Dirge who sang the names of the dead into the Watch Vault ledgers, and his second tenure is the continuation of that work by other means. The bowstring at his shoulder is spun from the hair of mourners, twisted in the long, careful method Dirges learn before they are trusted with a name, and every arrow he looses carries the weight of a name already entered against it. The arrows find officers, standard-bearers, and the marked dead-yet-to-be. Kolton does not loose into the press. He looses into the ledger.
The Reliquary does not consider him grim. He is, by Dirge tradition, simply current on his bookkeeping.
