A wiry Grellen marksman in scavenged padded leather, Skeever picks his targets the way other Grellen pick mushrooms: quickly, gleefully, and with very little concern for whose garden he is in. He calls his shots before he takes them, collects on bets afterward, and considers a clean kill a personal insult to the Court's purse. Where the work is loud, Skeever makes certain the loud parts happen to someone else.
