Olric Stonemourn

Olric Stonemourn is the dwarf the Cairnlight Company sends when the work is going to take the crew somewhere the maps stop being useful. Hooded against the cold of the deep roads, gripping his greatsword one-handed because forty years on the Black Hollow contract circuit have left him with more strength in one arm than most dwarves carry in two, Olric is a Depthseeker by birth and a Cairnlight veteran by oath. He keeps his word, finishes his contracts, and asks no questions about why the employer wants the cargo moved through tomb-country in the dark. The Company calls him the quiet one. The Company is, in this respect, broadly correct, but the quiet is professional rather than companionable, and there is a difference, and the rest of the crew has learned to mind it.
